Proverbs 1:7 (NLT)

Proverbs‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline.

‭‭

Proverbs‬ ‭9‬:‭9‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Instruct the wise, and they will be even wiser. Teach the righteous, and they will learn even more.


Proverbs‬ ‭12‬:‭15‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Fools think their own way is right, but the wise listen to others.


Proverbs‬ ‭14‬:‭15‬-‭16‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Only simpletons believe everything they’re told! The prudent carefully consider their steps. The wise are cautious and avoid danger; fools plunge ahead with reckless confidence.

Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭15‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) Intelligent people are always ready to learn. Their ears are open for knowledge.

‭‭

Proverbs‬ ‭22‬:‭3‬ ‭(NLT‬‬) A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.
